Avara is an antique Mac OS 3D network combat game. Here is some stuff related to it.
I am not currently playing or designing levels for Avara, but when I was, I went by the name "Tetra". Thanks to all those who stuck with Avara despite it not being the latest in graphics, gore, and glitz.

This patch provides an interface enhancement for the Avara MicroTracker application. It rearranges the tracker window to make it more compact, and makes it fit the Apple Platinum appearance.
The modified tracker application requires the Appearance Manager extension, part of Mac OS 8 and later.
