Particles are attracted to the cursor with linear (a = -kd) or inverse square (a = -kd^-2 with fudge factors) acceleration; k varies among particles. Lines, if enabled and supported, link particles with adjacent values of k (there are no forces between particles).

Marked letters are keyboard shortcuts (accesskeys). Page uses HTML5 features, hopefully optionally; let me know if it doesn’t work at all.
